 The product includes INNER RING, OUTER RING in 13 codes with different STG, in fact, it is the main gas turbine rings that are placed on the main shaft and the turbine blades are installed on it.

The production of this rim depends on the expertise of precision rolling, precision welding, and precision machining. Besides, after welding, MT and UT tests must be performed, and these tests must clearly include the client's goals, and in this project, the requirement of Zero Defect is required by the client. May it make the welding stage very sensitive and technical.

It should be noted that these rims were previously localized and produced in Pezhvak Company, but in 1400, Pezhvak Company started producing MGT-75 turbine rims, which is one of the largest and most up-to-date rims of Mapna Company. These types of rims have The initial thickness is 140 and the height is 3 meters, which doubles the difficulty of welding and rolling.
