Quality control laboratory

In order to increase the quality of manufactured parts, parts are inspected and monitored by the quality control unit (QC) from the arrival of raw materials to the company until the final product is delivered to the customer. In general, quality control in Pezhvak Company begins with the inspection of raw materials according to the standards requested by the employer, continues with the control of the production process by the specialists of the production department designed according to the MQCP, and finally the final inspection and test to provide the final product to the customers or their inspectors by the unit QC takes place. This process guarantees the quality of the company's products. The facilities of Pezhvak's quality control laboratory include the following:

• Complete dimensional inspection equipment such as calipers up to 1000mm, 
• internal and external micrometers up to 250mm, 
• bore gauge and cylinder gauge, protractor, etc. 
• Geometric inspection equipment such as protractors, goniometers, 
• indicator clocks, etc. Hardness measuring device. Flat plate. 
• All kinds of nut and ball gauges, 
• metric and inch threads.
